Blessing of the Pets

On Saturday, September 30, Pastor Brian McClinton performed blessing of the pets in the St. Mark's parking lot. This was a very joyful event, St. Mark's doggies brought their loving humans to the occasionas well. Among others, Ace, Josie, and Lakota received a blessing from Pastor Brian as well as some homemade dog treats made by Carol Seibert. Great treats were enjoyed by curious humans as well (Alex). Just like her white husky pup, Lakota, Alex approved of the treats as being very tasty.

Due to the increase in the Covid positivity rate, the Covid Task Force and Church Council have recommended postponing the Annual Church Picnic, scheduled for this Sunday, October 3 at Doub Woods until April. The safety of our members and friends is of upmost importance.

CHOIRS ARE BACK

Chancel Choir and Chorister Choir FINALLY, after a way-too-long hiatus - thanks to COVID! - we're going to try to resume choir rehearsals. Mostly due to health or scheduling issues, our choirs have become rather small, so we could really use some more singers. So please consider joining us, or at least come and try it out.
