What to Expect

The Service

The services are about 60 minutes long. The service will include some great music, a message that is relevant to your day-to-day life, and great people who look forward to getting to know you. On the 2nd and last Sundays, the services are contemporary with the Praise Team leading the music. The other Sundays have traditional Lutheran structured services, with Holy Communion.

Where do I go?

Our parking lot is located on Washington Ave on the left besides Girls Inc. For handicap parking, there are two spaces in the parking lot as well as street parking next to the church. When you come for a service, enter through the (red) doors.  If you have questions, there is usually someone close to the entrance available.  If you are joining one of our classes or small group studies during the educational hour, please enter through the glass doors on Washington Ave. side of the church – anyone will be glad to guide you in the right direction.

What should I wear?

Most people dress in casual or casual business attire for our services. We are more concerned about your inside than your outside, so dress how you feel comfortable and you will fit right in!

For Your Kids

They are welcome to join you for the worship service. If you are joining us for the educational hour, we have classrooms for all ages.
